In order to start the return process, you must first email to email@example.com that you would like to return and let us know what items didn't work out so we can send you a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and they will be returned to sender.
Non Sale items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased with a coupon code are considered a SALE item. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exchanges will be accepted. If you attempt to return a sale item back to our store, you will be subject to a shipping charge for us to send it back to you at your expense with no refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
