RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Maddie Bea only provides Online Store Credit For Full Priced items returned within 10 days of the arrival of the package. There will be NO refunds put back on the original method of payment. Store credit will be issued through a virtual gift card within 3-5 business days of return. Store credits will not include the cost of shipping.
  • Returns/Exchanges MUST be approved by Maddie Bea prior to being sent back. To initiate a return, please send an email to maddiebea@maddiebea.com including your name and order number. We will respond to all return inquiries within 48 hours. If an item is approved for return, we will provide a RA # to include on your package. If you send an item back that was not approved for return, you will be charged to have the item returned back to sender.
  • Maddie Bea does not cover the cost of return shipping, you will have to ship your item(s) back at your own expense.
  • Returns/exchanges are only valid on full priced items. Full priced items must be unwashed & unworn with original tags still attached. Items must also have no evidence of makeup stains, self tanner, deodorant marks, dog hair, perfumes, or cigarette smoke.
  • We will NOT accept a return or exchange on any items where a discount is used. This include and is not limited to store sales, influencer codes, and marketing discount codes.
  • ALL ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE FINAL SALE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: 
    • Shoes
    • Brami & Bralettes
    • Swimwear
    • Hats
    • Any item purchased on sale (website sale, marketing discount, influencer discount, etc)
    • All items after 10 days of delivery

* IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, YOU HAVE 5 DAYS UPON THE ARRIVAL TO CONTACT US IN REGARDS OF THE DAMAGE. IF IT IS AFTER 5 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WE WILL NOT REPLACE/REIMBURSE.
