Processing & Shipping
Orders placed Monday-Saturday will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours of payment conformation. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.
Maddie Bea uses USPS and UPS to ship our online orders and all packages will depart from our physical store in Georgia.
Returns & Refunds/Exchange
In order to start the return process, you must first email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you would like to return and let us know what items didn't work out so we can send you a Return Authorization Number.
No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and they will be returned to sender.
ALL SHOES AND BRAMIS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns Are For Store Credit Only.
Non Sale items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
Items purchased with a coupon code are considered a SALE ITEM. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
No exchanges will be accepted. If you attempt to return a sale item back to our store, you will be subject to a shipping charge for us to send it back to you at your expense.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please let us know as soon as possible since inventory moves quickly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
